  added GCC linker driver + source code
  binutils: removed unnecessary files
  gcc: this shit is NOT WORKING (but I don't care, I have clang)
  llvm/clang: added QNX platform-specific defines. The proper way would be to create a QNXToolchain class, but whatever.
