added POSIX build script (that also works for creating a macOS app)
added level maps as PNG files to the repository
added "MEMEPASMAL" and "MATOSGRATOS" cheat codes to type when Rick is alive
restored "POOKY" and "FLUFOMATIC" cheat codes for extended play in hiscore table
installer: removed Visual C++ runtime now that it is statically linked
SDL2: updated to version 2.28.5
